It was a great honor to feature in Johan Steyn’s series “Interviews with global leaders in the field of Artificial Intelligence”. We talked about AI ethics, privacy, contact tracing, buiness ethics, CSR, etc, and I tried to explain what brought me to all of this – live from my kitchen table. Here is my answer to his question why ethics in business is so important:
Business has been created by people for a reason. It is not following a natural law and growing organically, and it is not just there. We shape the business we are doing.
Everything that is created by humans is something that we carry responsibility for.
