I have spent many years working at the intersection of business, academia and society – with one goal: to make responsibility understandable and tangible. I focus on the questions that resist simple answers: How can values be translated into strategy? What does responsibility mean in a digital age? And how do we maintain orientation when complexity has become the norm?

My path has taken me from Zurich and St. Gallen to Leuven, Barcelona and Nottingham – from studying International Relations to completing a PhD in business ethics to becoming an independent advisor. Today, I support companies and organisations in anchoring responsibility within their specific context – as a consultant, lecturer and speaker. I combine analytical depth with a clear sense for language, context and reality.

I learned early on that ethical reflection and economic reality only come together when you speak the language of both worlds.
