Rethinking Responsibility Strategically
I support organisations in translating complex issues into clear courses of action – in a well-founded, reflective manner and on an equal footing. My focus is on connecting business reality with social demands – and on the question of how this can be used to develop viable positions.
My approach
I work as a sparring partner – with the goal of making complexity understandable and providing orientation. I listen, ask questions, clarify positions and help make responsibility tangible. My strength lies in translation: between aspiration and reality, between strategy and values, between academia and practice – and between the different perspectives around the table.
Working with me
My clients value clarity, focus and efficiency in our collaboration. I work directly, personally and without detours – with customised input, careful preparation and pragmatic implementation.
I bring structure to new topics and support decision-makers in aligning diverse expectations with their own strategic direction.
Key Areas of Work
Strategy & Values
I support companies in anchoring sustainability as a strategic issue – not as a branding exercise, but as an expression of entrepreneurial clarity. My work ranges from training concepts to the development of sustainability strategies – always with a focus on values, impact and business reality.
I work with organisations from the private sector, the public sphere and civil society to sharpen positions, involve stakeholders and make strategic responsibility tangible. I combine analytical depth with a fine sense for language, context and scope for action – and align sustainability with goals, values and reality.

Investing & Responsibility
I support pension funds, banks, and asset managers in embedding responsibility and sustainability into their investment decisions – not as a technical obligation, but as part of a strategic positioning. In dialogue with executive boards, investment committees, and trustees, I facilitate the development of ESG principles, the integration into existing sustainability strategies, and the articulation of shared positions.
I act as a sparring partner: I don’t offer ready-made answers, but help organisations make sense of complex requirements such as ratings or reporting obligations – and relate them to their own values and strategic goals.
Artificial Intelligence & Ethics
AI raises fundamental questions about corporate conduct – from fairness and transparency to the boundaries of automation. I help organisations explore these challenges with nuance and develop positions that are both grounded and context-aware – laying the foundation for sound and accountable decisions.
My work ranges from designing ethical AI principles and interpreting regulatory requirements to fostering ethical AI literacy through teaching and workshops. In consulting processes, I support companies in building a shared understanding of how to approach AI – navigating the tensions between societal expectations, business realities, and technological change.
